Venice accommodation

Let's came back in the main argument of this blog, Accommodation in Venice and his marketing.
A tremendous news is going around Italy today, the Governement want to change the laws about Bed and Breakfasts, they want to reduce the peek of gain for an innerkeeper, so they will categorized as Business activity, not as private.
And the want to reduce the allowed noumber of rooms for a Inn from 6 to 3.
A terrible shock for the small activities and structures that operate in Venicew, means that all the beautiful and private places will die, leaving the field free for the big hotels chains ( guess from where it cames...).
this is also a big shock for all the webmasters who works around the small structure like in web marketing and promoting.
A small list of examples of cute smal structure of Venice :

Bed and Breakfast Venice

Romantic Hotel Venice

B&B Venice

Venice apartments

Lido Venice

  2. Sorry, I didn't express me right: the gouvernement wants to basically CLOSE the Bed and Breakfast solution, It will make no sense anymore for an innerkeeper to enter in a system of taxes made for big Hotels.

  3. That is really bad news for many small Bed and Breakfasts in Venice. I hope this does not pass. I would much rather stay at a small family owned B&B than a huge hotel.

  4. Ouch, why would they do this to their economy?

  5. It would be terrible had happened. Simply leave the way open for the big chains to catch the entire market, dropping the working people and how much it says this would also affect those who work in Internet broadcasting and positioning these small accommodations.

  6. That is really very bad news. Many tourist prefered to stay in small Bed & breakfast. It is bad for tourists as well as for owners of B&B.

What if you’d actually like to ask her to dinner and not feel the sting of rejection? If that’s the case then you need to know a few things about how to impress an Italian girl - some of this stuff will seem pretty straightforward, but other tips here may be surprising to you. Pay Attention to Style Italians are stylish, so what you wear counts for quite a bit when you’re being assessed by an Italian girl. Italian guys are snappy dressers, always paying attention to the latest

Visiting VEnice is easier than you think. Just go in the offseason.

Venice in the winter is a counterintuitive destinations. There is nothing quite like walking those stone sidewalks in the winter chill with twilight’s soft luminance deepening over the Grand Canal while, one by one, restaurant and trattoria windows begin to glow with a golden welcome. In summer, Venice is wall-to-wall tourists and, on Piazza San Marco, pigeons, too. But in winter the Piazza stands open to the sweeping views memorialized by every 19th-century painter who wandered through town. More to the point, you can get a restaurant reservation without calling weeks in advance.
